Meet our Principal

Brian Donnelly.

Brian has worked as a lawyer since 2008.

Prior to his career as a lawyer, Brian was a member of Victoria Police for 20 years, including many years as a police prosecutor, which gave him an invaluable insight into the justice system.

Since becoming a lawyer, Brian has dealt with a wide range of issues from complex family law matters involving property and children, debt recovery matters, commercial disputes involving large corporations and complex estate disputes down to your average person seeking to have a will or power of attorney prepared.

After working as an employee lawyer, Brian took up the challenge of running his own firm, taking over the firm of David Wilkinson and Co, now re-branded to (ELS) Eastern Legal Services.

Brian takes pride in an extremely thorough approach, ensuring that the I’s are dotted and the t’s crossed. Brian also has a firm commitment to providing sensible and cost-effective advice.
